Karin Sandesjö

Karin Sandesjö has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Karin started their career as a Revisorsassistent at Finnhammars Revisionsbyrå AB from August 2000 to April 2006. Karin then joined Öhrlings PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Assistant Manager from September 2006 to June 2014. Since 2014, Karin has been working for ICA Gruppen, where they have held several positions, including Internal Auditor from June 2014 to March 2017. Karin then transitioned to roles in Portfolio Management, Business & IT Development, and Strategy & Technology, where they served as a Project Quality Manager and various Process Manager positions. Currently, they are working as a Strategic Steering Lead at ICA Gruppen.

Karin Sandesjö has a Master of Science in Business & Economics from Uppsala University, which they obtained from 2001 to 2005. In 2005, they also studied French language at Université Grenoble Alpes. From 2006 to 2014, they completed various training programs in auditing, accounting, leadership, and coaching at PwC. In 2014 and 2015, they pursued courses in internal auditing and evaluation of management processes at The Institute of Internal Auditors Sverige. Karin further enhanced their skills in change management, project management, and agile methodologies through courses at Vidareutbildning ICA from 2017 to 2022. Karin Sandesjö also holds additional certifications as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner and Certified SAFe 5 Agilist.
