Tom Palmer

Tom Palmer is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and development. Currently serving as a Support Developer at iCabbi since June 2019, Tom previously worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Plusnet and as a Junior Technical Consultant/Systems Engineer at Satisnet, where responsibilities included monitoring network security events using QRadar. Tom also gained experience as a Web Developer for St. James Church, designing an engaging community website. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science (BSc) with Honors in Computer Security and Forensics from Sheffield Hallam University and a BTEC Extended Diploma Level 3 in Information Technology from NEW College Pontefract.
