Yinhao Ren

Yinhao Ren, PhD, currently serves as a Senior Research Scientist and Research Collaborator at iCAD since January 2021, leading the development of an advanced AI solution for breast cancer screening. Prior to this role, Yinhao Ren worked as a Research Scientist and Graduate Student Researcher at the Carl E. Ravin Advanced Imaging Laboratories, focusing on curating medical image datasets and developing algorithms for breast cancer detection. Experience includes internships in machine learning research at iCAD and Hologic, and roles as a research assistant and firmware engineering intern in various settings, contributing to projects on optical coherence tomography systems and thermal analysis applications. Yinhao Ren holds a PhD in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Duke University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
