Hanna Knostman is an experienced ABA Manager at ICAN since September 2015, where responsibilities include developing ABA programs, managing a remote team of 13 staff, and creating innovative services such as group parent training and telehealth ABA. Previously, Hanna worked as a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), focusing on individualized treatment plans for children and teens with autism and other developmental disabilities, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and conducting assessments. Hanna holds a Master of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Family and Human Services from the University of Oregon.
