Patrick Jones is a seasoned professional in Internet governance and policy, currently serving as Vice President of Global Stakeholder Engagement at ICANN since March 2006, where Patrick coordinates engagement activities across regional teams. With extensive experience in the field since 2000, Patrick has held several key positions at ICANN, including Senior Director roles in Global Stakeholder Engagement and Security, focusing on the development of frameworks for security and stability. Prior to ICANN, Patrick worked as an Associate at Silverberg Goldman & Bikoff LLP, managing domain name disputes and Internet-related litigation, and as Editor/Owner of UDRPlaw.net. Patrick's legal career began at the NCAA as a Law Clerk, coordinating trademark protections and domain recovery. Patrick holds a JD from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a BA in Political Science from Wabash College.
