Nicki Haine

Nickisha Haine is responsible for creating and processing project budgeting, and financial reporting, managing monthly job costing for assigned jobs, and analysis functions. She assists the asset manager with other project-related tasks while also working closely with the Accounting Team at iCap.

Nickisha’s hometown is Phoenix, AZ. It was here she received her bachelor's in Accounting and began working for a local CPA firm. Eventually, her husband’s career required their family to move to the Seattle area. Nicki has always had a passion for real estate, and this move gave her a perfect opportunity to seek out an accounting position within the industry. Shortly after moving, she was pleased to be offered the position at iCap Equity as an accountant. When the opportunity arose, she made the transition into the real estate department.
