Joan Post

Joan Post is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the human resources field. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Human Resources Business Partner at iCapital since May 2024, Joan previously held positions including Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President, Head of Employee Experience at Mirador, Inc. from July 2020 to May 2024. Joan's prior experience includes roles as Manager of Human Resources at Viking Global Investors, Associate Director of Learning & Development at UBS, and Manager of Campus Recruitment at American Express, among others. Joan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross and a Master's in Business Education from New York University.
