Matthew Flood

Matthew Flood's work experience begins in 2000 as an Associate at PwC, where they worked in Business Assurance and Attestation Services until 2002. Matthew then joined General Electric (GE) as a Business Planning and Analysis professional from 2002 to 2005. From 2005 to 2015, Matthew held the position of Director - Hedge Fund of Funds Operational Due Diligence Officer at UBS. In 2016, they joined Mercer as a Principal, where they performed operational due diligence on alternative and traditional investment managers until 2017. Matthew then worked at Morgan Stanley as a Vice President from 2017 to 2021. From 2021 to 2022, Matthew served as the Head of Business Development (USA) at Hashdex. Currently, they are working at iCapital in Alternative Investments Distribution, starting from July 2023.

Matthew Flood's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Iona University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained two certifications: the Series 63 certification from FINRA, which they obtained in November 2018, and the Series 7 certification from FINRA, which they obtained in October 2018.
