J. Tyler Payne

J. Tyler Payne has a diverse work experience, beginning with their roles at the City of Treasure Island. J. Tyler served as the City Commissioner for District 2 from March 2018 to March 2021 and then became the Mayor in March 2021.

In 2015, J. Tyler Payne joined IcareLabs as a Corporate Counsel, and in subsequent years, they held various positions within the company. J. Tyler served as the Director of Human Resources from October 2018 to August 2019, then became the Vice President of Administration from August 2019 to January 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Vice President.

Prior to joining IcareLabs, J. Tyler Payne worked at Optimart as the Administrative Manager and Corporate Counsel from August 2016 to May 2017. J. Tyler then assumed the role of Director of Administration and Corporate Counsel from May 2017 to December 2019.

Before entering the corporate world, J. Tyler Payne gained experience as a Judicial Intern at the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida from June 2010 to August 2010, and as a Judicial Clerk Intern at the Second District Court of Appeal of Florida from May 2013 to June 2013. J. Tyler also interned as a Corporate Counsel at FCCI Insurance Group in June 2014.

J. Tyler Payne's education history is as follows:

- From 2012 to 2015, they attended Stetson University College of Law, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

- During the same period, from 2013 to 2015, they also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Stetson University.

- In 2013, they studied abroad at Notre Dame Law School.

- From 2008 to 2012, they attended the University of Florida and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree, with a focus on Business Management. J. Tyler also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Religion.

- In 2008, they graduated from St. Petersburg High School, receiving a High School Diploma and an International Baccalaureate Diploma.

In addition to their education, J. Tyler Payne has obtained the following certifications:
