Dhivian Naidoo

Dhivian Naidoo currently serves as the Global Learning and Development Operations Manager at Lyra, previously known as ICAS World, since October 2021. Prior to this role, Dhivian Naidoo held the position of L&D Operations Team Leader at ICAS Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd from March 2018 to September 2021, also serving as the Administrator for First Day Absence. Earlier experience includes a tenure as a Buyer at John Williams Buyers (JWB) in two separate periods, managing as the Managing Director at DLN Projects, and working as an LG Brand Advertiser at Atomic Marketing. Dhivian Naidoo began a professional career as a Data Capturer at McCord's Hospital. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, focusing on Industrial and Organizational Psychology and General Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, complemented by a Short Learning Programme in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of South Africa.
