Lisa Urness

Lisa Urness is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management, human resources, and employee assistance programs. Currently serving as a Global Account Manager at Lyra, formerly ICAS World, since March 2022, Lisa has previously held roles as a Management Consultant and Trainer at Balancing Life's Issues from November 2017 to March 2022. With a background as a Mediator at Erickson Mediation Institute and a Manager for the Family Assistance Program at Health Systems Management, Inc., Lisa has developed significant expertise in conflict resolution, program management, and client relations. Prior positions include leadership roles at Merge Healthcare, Quarles & Brady, LLP, Aurora Health Care, FEI Behavioral Health, and Sojourner Family Peace Center, focusing on human resources, service delivery, and advocacy. Lisa holds a B.A. in Psychology from Concordia College and an M.S. in Educational Psychology and Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
