Kathleen Fee

Kathleen Fee, MHR, PCC, MCLC, currently serves as the Corporate Legal Operations & Vendor Management Specialist and Legal Diversity Task Force Program Manager at Navistar Inc since July 2019. In this role, Kathleen leads a seven-member task force focused on drafting and revising department policies related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), developing innovative measures, and creating training programs to promote DE&I education. Kathleen is also the President of Whole Soul Project™, a non-profit organization empowering women through initiatives such as #wholesoultruth. Previously, Kathleen held the position of President at 21/58 Connect, LLC, where coaching leaders across various industries was emphasized. Kathleen's paralegal career included a significant role at Barnes & Thornburg LLP, contributing to the expansion of the Chicago office. Academic credentials include a Master of Human Relations focused on Diversity, Inclusion & Social Justice from the University of Oklahoma, and a dual Bachelor's degree in Social Work and Psychology from Elmhurst University, complemented by leadership coaching certifications.
