George Burns

George Burns has extensive experience in both the sports and information technology sectors. Currently serving as a Digital Platform Administrator at Cricket Scotland since March 2021, George also holds the position of Regional Scorers Officer for the International Cricket Council, responsible for coordinating in-country training for cricket scorers in Europe since May 2015. Prior to these roles, George worked at RBS for over 25 years in various capacities, including Business Continuity Analyst and Information Technology Support Manager. George's earlier career includes positions as an Analyst-Programmer at GE Capital, Scottish Widows, and British Aerospace. George holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Middlesex University, obtained between 1975 and 1978.
