Pete Baker

Pete Baker currently serves as the VP of Human Resources and Communication at Amcor and as an Independent Director on the HR & Remuneration Committee for the International Cricket Council. With a robust background in human resources, Pete held the position of Head of People and Culture at Plastic Bank and the Group Chief HR Officer at First Abu Dhabi Bank. Prior to these roles, Pete was with A.P. Moller - Maersk, where responsibilities included leading global HR functions for Damco and Maersk Line across multiple regions. Earlier experience includes significant HR leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, focusing on regional HR management and organizational design across Asia Pacific. Pete holds a degree in Business from the University of Technology Sydney.
