Stanley Cauvain

Stanley Cauvain is an accomplished professional in the agri-food sector with extensive experience spanning several decades. As the Owner of BakeTran since January 2005, Stanley Cauvain has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. In parallel, Stanley Cauvain serves as a Visiting Professor at the International Institute for Agri-Food Security at Curtin University since October 2014 and holds the position of Honorary President at the ICC - International Association for Cereal Science and Technology since July 2009, having previously served as President from 2004 to 2006. Earlier in the career, Stanley Cauvain was the Director of the Cereals & Cereal Processing Division at CCFRA from January 1995 to December 2004, managing a research and consultancy team of approximately 40 individuals, and worked as a Bakery Scientist at FMBRA from January 1970 to December 1994, eventually rising to the role of Assistant Director while overseeing a research and consultancy team of around 20 professionals.
