Juan Cueto Puertas is an experienced professional in the real estate and architecture sectors, currently serving as Gerente de Promociones Inmobiliarias at Iberian Capital Corporation since February 2021, where responsibilities include coordinating teams for the development of high-quality, innovative, and sustainable logistics platforms. As a founding partner of both Nidus - Gestión Patrimonial and Cueto-Alsius Arquitectos, Juan has focused on real estate investment advisory and architectural projects, managing a team and overseeing significant residential developments.
