Deepak Soni

Deepak Soni is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at ICCS since May 2023, Deepak previously held the position of Head of Human Resources at Home Credit India from August 2016 to May 2023. Prior roles include Head of HR/Shared Services at VIVO Healthcare, National Manager-HR at Fitness First India Pvt Ltd, and Manager-HR at Aegis Global. Deepak began a career in HR at IBM Daksh Business Process Services Pvt. Ltd., progressing rapidly from executive to Team Lead. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, an MBA in Human Resources from Guru Jambheshwar University, and a BL.
