Jim Kociela

Jim Kociela is an experienced professional in sales and support, currently serving as the ICE Sales & Support Team Lead at Ice Edge Business Solutions since January 2010. Kociela has been instrumental in client liaison and leading teams focused on selling and administering ICE licenses, in addition to supporting users of the ICE® platform, which revolutionizes software solutions in the industry. Prior to this role, Kociela held various positions in the field of specification analysis and IT support spanning over two decades, including Escalation Support at Ice Edge, E-Tools Data & Support at Kimball Office, and CAD Specifications Specialist at Kimball International. Kociela's career began at Harpers Manufacturing as a Specification Analyst and has roots in space planning from a position at Corry-Hiebert. Kociela holds an Associate's degree in Industrial Technologies with a focus on Drawing & Design from Northern Michigan University.
