Katie Sheldon, MBA, CLM, currently serves as the Director of Legal Support Services at Ice Miller LLP, a role held since July 2019, where responsibilities have included overseeing office operations and legal support. Prior experience includes serving as Office Manager at Fisher Phillips from 2016 to July 2019 and holding various roles in the legal field at Freeborn & Peters LLP, Querrey & Harrow, Ltd., and Benjamin, Berneman & Brom, primarily in bankruptcy administration and paralegal functions. Additionally, Katie has a background in real estate, working as a licensed sales associate in Illinois and Wisconsin between 2005 and 2014. An alumnus of Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Katie also holds a Master of Business Administration from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, focusing on Marketing Strategy and Leadership and Change Management.
