Prior to this role, Bilal held several senior positions, including Senior Vice President at Harbor Capital Advisors, Inc., and President at DFD Partners, where the focus was on leveraging data-driven strategies in financial markets. With a robust background at leading firms such as BlackRock and Neuberger Berman, Bilal has extensive expertise in consulting, distribution, and relationship management within the investment sector.
