John Holbrook

John Holbrook is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the property valuation and technology sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at ICE since September 2023, John focuses on leveraging business and consumer insights related to home ownership and property valuation, particularly through digital twins and property data. Prior to this role, John held significant positions including Vice President of Valuations Strategy at Black Knight, EVP of Business Strategy at Collateral Analytics, and Director of Collateral Technology & Strategy at Fannie Mae, where John led teams in advancing collateral valuation technologies. John's career began with the founding of Advantage Appraisal Services, Inc., a firm serving national and regional banks in the Greater Atlanta Region. Earlier, John's technical expertise was developed as an Avionics Technician in the United States Air Force. Education includes studies at Shorter University and Berry College.
