Sanj Dosanjh has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the retail industry. Sanj most recently served as the Managing Director at Xclusiv Brands. Prior to that, they held the position of Trading Director Ambient at Iceland Foods. Before that, they worked at Morrisons as a Trading Director and Category Director. Sanj also has experience as a Category Director at Asda, where they were responsible for different product categories such as Electronics & Office Supplies, Music Video & Games, and Toys & Sports.

Sanj Dosanjh received a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Business from Aston University, from 1990 to 1994.
