Larry Fihma

Larry Fihma has extensive work experience in leadership roles within the fashion and apparel industry. Larry began their career at Salant Corp in 1981, where they held the position of Executive Vice President of Production and Merchandising until 1998. Following this, they worked at LGH III as the COO from 2000 to 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they served as Vice President at G-III Apparel Group. Larry then joined Soar Staffing, LLC as the Senior VP of Fashion and Apparel from 2009 to 2011. Fihma was the President and Managing Director at RVC Enterprises from 2011 to 2012. Larry then joined Big Idea Brands as Senior Vice President in 2012 before moving to ICER BRANDS in 2015 as the Senior Director of Operations.

Larry Fihma holds a BA in Psychology from Brooklyn College.
