Troy Cullison

Troy Cullison is an experienced program analyst and AT/FP coordinator, currently working at ICESS and EXWC, where responsibilities include program/project management, analysis, and contract administration. Previously, Troy managed maintenance for Paul Norman Properties, overseeing requests for 65 housing units. As a logistics specialist at Systems Application and Technology, Troy supported the NAVFAC ATFP Ashore Program and contributed to managing a $500M contract. Early experience includes serving as an elder for the LDS Church in Japan. Academically, Troy holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from California State University - East Bay, with previous studies at Sonoma State University and the University of Southern California.
