Elias Salvesen

Elias Salvesen is currently employed at ICEYE as an Operations & Antenna Communication Validation Engineer since May 2022, where responsibilities include tracking trends, testing and qualifying antennas and ground stations for satellite operations, and developing communication solutions. Previously, Elias served as a Ground Station & Communications Engineering Intern at Valmet Automotive, where duties involved logistics tasks including the movement of materials on the assembly floor and inspection of battery containers. Earlier experience includes property management at ME Galanthus Ab, focusing on maintenance of residential and commercial real estate. Elias is pursuing a Master's degree in Space Technology at Luleå University of Technology, following a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Åbo Akademi University. Educational background also includes attendance at Tölö gymnasium and the Scandinavian School of Brussels.
