Wiktor Swierczewski is a highly experienced hardware architect and electronics team lead at ICEYE since May 2018, specializing in satellite electronics subsystems for synthetic aperture radar (SAR) payloads. With a strong background as a senior electronics engineer, Wiktor has developed systems for microsatellite missions and led various electronic subsystems projects, including power management and communication radios. Prior to ICEYE, Wiktor held positions at UrtheCast as a senior firmware engineer developing FPGA firmware for satellite radar payloads, and at Nokia Networks as a senior radio technology specialist focusing on 5G radio systems at Nokia Bell Labs. Additional experience includes roles at Analog Devices as a staff systems engineer and systems engineer, working on high-speed ADC/DAC design and home audio-video product architectures, alongside an early co-operative placement in digital video products. Wiktor holds a Master of Science in Electronics and Telecommunication from Wroclaw University of Technology and postgraduate studies in Project Management from Warsaw School of Economics.
