Wojciech Zawila

Wojciech Zawila is an accomplished software engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and development roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at ICEYE since August 2021, Wojciech is responsible for building and leading the Commercial Missions Ground Segment department, focusing on modular products for satellite missions. Before that, Wojciech held multiple significant positions at Ocado Technology, including Head of Ocado Technology Wrocław and Head of General Merchandise Systems, managing cross-functional teams and overseeing development center operations. Previous roles also include leadership positions at Objectivity Ltd and experience as a Senior .Net Developer and Software Engineer in various companies. Wojciech holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Wrocław University of Science and Technology and has pursued additional education in coaching and business management.
