Englash Redmond currently serves as Vice President of Client Strategy and Loyalty at Phaedon, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Englash has over a decade of experience at ICF Next, beginning in July 2011 as an Account Director and advancing to Partner, facilitating client strategy and loyalty initiatives.
