Giovanna Garcia

Giovanna Garcia, MBA, SHRM-CP, PHR, currently serves as Senior HRBP at ICF since April 2017, with prior experience as Senior HR Manager at LCG, Inc. from March 2011 to February 2017, where numerous organizational development initiatives were implemented. Earlier roles include HR Program Analyst at the FDA, where a comprehensive workforce analysis project was managed, and HR Generalist at BroadSoft, handling full life cycle recruiting. Additional experience includes roles as HR Graduate Intern at Washington Group International, Graduate Assistant at American University, and Recruiter at The Mills Corporation. Giovanna holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from American University and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Business Management and Psychology from Virginia Tech.
