Jeanette Monachello

Jeanette Monachello possesses extensive experience in sales operations and technical support, with a career spanning multiple prominent companies. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Operations at ICF International, Jeanette has previously held significant roles at Xerox, including Sales Operations Manager, Marketing Director, and Solutions Sales Manager, as well as achieving Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Additional experience includes roles as Technical Support Manager at Datability, Inc., and Tiger, Inc., and as a Technical Support Analyst at Blackbaud Microsystems. Jeanette earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from St. John's University between 1981 and 1985.
