Lina Osorio-Copete is a Senior Energy Consultant at ICF since December 2020, with a background in research and data analysis in the energy sector. Previously, Lina served as a Research Associate at the Ohio Education Research Center, overseeing research projects to support state agencies and mentoring data analysts. Experience also includes work as a Graduate Research Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University, focusing on data management and analysis for energy policies. Lina's consulting role at The World Bank involved evaluating the financial feasibility of solar energy projects in Vietnam. Earlier positions include serving as an Economic Advisor to the General Vice-Minister at Colombia's Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, and as an economist in the Sectoral Policy Department at the Ministry of Agriculture.
