Patrick Leary

Patrick Leary, PMP, serves as the Vice President of Division Operations for ICF's digital modernization division since February 2008. In 2020, Patrick took on the role of Vice President of Technology, leading operations for ICF’s engineering and emerging technology line of business. Previously, Patrick held the position of IT Delivery and Quality Practice Lead, overseeing a portfolio of projects that generated $48M in revenue for various Federal and State clients. Prior to joining ICF, Patrick gained extensive experience at FBR Capital Markets Corp as Program Director and Sr. Project Manager, and held multiple development roles at Discovery Communications and Coleman Design Group. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science in Cell Biology/Biochemistry from Bucknell University in 1999.
