Tara Donahue

Tara Donahue currently serves as a Senior Education Technical Assistance Manager at ICF, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Tara was a Program Associate at Manhattan Strategy Group, where responsibilities included directing the Technical and Logistical Support for the Regional Advisory Committees (RACs) Competition Logistics and managing the National Assessment Governing Board's Technical and Logistical Support Services project. Tara's experience spans various organizations, including McREL International as a Managing Evaluator, where project management and evaluation were emphasized, Edvantia, Inc. as a Research and Evaluation Specialist, and Learning Point Associates/American Institutes for Research as a Senior Program Associate overseeing monitoring contracts.
