Victoria Morse

Victoria Morse is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital platforms and go-to-market strategies, currently serving as Senior Director at ICF since February 2020. Prior to this role, Victoria held positions as Director and Senior Manager at ICF and worked as a Principal Consultant at ITG - Incentive Technology Group since October 2015. Victoria's experience also includes a consulting role at the World Bank Group within the Social Protection and Labor Global Practice and serving as Program Coordinator for the International Rescue Committee. Victoria was a Fulbright Fellow with the Fulbright Commission from September 2010 to September 2011. Victoria holds a Master of Science in Foreign Service with a focus on International Development from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in International Relations and Affairs from Brown University.
