Dr. Sangeeta Shahane

Dr. Sangeeta Shahane is currently serving as the Dean of the Summer Internship Program at ICFAI Group since March 2024 and has been with ICFAI Business School since March 2007, holding the position of Area Coordinator for Soft Skill and Business Communication. Responsibilities include teaching Business Communication through case methodology, delivering soft skills training through experiential learning, and coordinating training sessions for entry-level managers. Additional roles include Associate Dean and Deputy Placement Coordinator. Dr. Shahane is also a consultant for Cherish Honda and a volunteer for Utthaan NGO since September 2018. Dr. Shahane earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree in English Language Teaching and Employability Skills from Banasthali Vidyapith (2011-2018) and a Master of Arts in English Literature from Jiwaji University (1990-1992).
