Matti Perttula

Matti Perttula is a seasoned management consultant and entrepreneur with extensive experience in change management, business process management, innovation, and leadership development. Since October 2016, Matti has served as a management consultant and managing partner at ICG Innotiimi in Finland, as well as the CEO and owner of Bluelake Consulting Ltd. Previous positions include various leadership roles at Ruukki Construction Ltd., where responsibilities included the commercialization of solar energy solutions and the strategic transformation of business operations. Matti has also contributed to academia as a research scientist at Helsinki University of Technology and as a visiting researcher at Stanford University.
