Roxana Gaibar is an experienced professional in the fields of innovation, governance, and transformation, currently serving as an Innovation & Change Consultant at ICG Integrated Consulting Group since May 2021. Previously, Roxana held the position of Governance & Transformation Expert at NN from September 2007 to April 2021, and served as a Project Manager and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt across various roles. Certifications include Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Holland Innovative and multiple credentials as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from IASSC U.S. Roxana's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Academia de Studii Economice din București, obtained in 2004. Additionally, Roxana has completed specialized training in innovation methodologies and design thinking.
