Anna Lin has worked in the customer service industry since 2012. Anna began their career as an Associate at the Fubon Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. Taiwan Branch in 2012. In 2015, they moved to the Taiwan Shin Kong Commercial Bank as a Junior Manager. In 2016, they joined Shopee as a Senior Associate. In 2020, they were a Customer Service Manager at the UBS Investment Bank Co., Ltd. Taiwan Branch. In 2021, they became a Customer Experience Lead at Infinity Kitchen and a Customer Service Manager at iCHEF Co., Ltd. In their current role, they mentor Customer Service Executives and Junior Customer Service Executives, sets team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and leads and executes cross-department customer experience projects and initiatives.
Anna Lin attended Tamkang University from 2011 to 2013, where they earned an EMBA in Management.
