Jelle van Dijk is an experienced customer service professional with a strong background in leadership and process optimization. Currently serving as Customer Service Lead at iChoosr since January 2021, Jelle previously held the role of Manager Customer Service at Zoofy, where responsibilities included leading a customer service team and acting as product owner for scalable business processes. Prior experience includes Team Manager Customer Service at Budget Thuis, overseeing a 25-member team and focusing on enhancing customer contact channels, as well as a WFM Specialist at Nuts Groep B.V., responsible for managing the Customer Contact Center. Jelle has also held roles in content management and marketing, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Bedrijfscommunicatie from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht. Currently pursuing further education in Data Engineering at Bit Academy, Jelle combines operational expertise with a commitment to continuous improvement in customer service experience.
