Wade Harrington

Wade Harrington has a diverse background in finance, business intelligence, and marketing. Wade started their career at Capital One, where they held multiple analytical positions and managed cost allocations for card operations groups. Wade then moved to Circuit City, where they served as an Analytics & Budget Manager, leading a team responsible for executing and analyzing direct marketing programs. At Virginia Air Distributors, Wade was the Head of Marketing & Analysis, overseeing all marketing activities and conducting ROI analysis. Wade later joined Citizens Financial Group as the Head of Business Intelligence and Workforce Strategy, where they transformed staffing strategies and managed workforce planning for the mortgage division. Currently, Wade is the Head of Finance and Business Systems at ICI Foods, leading the financial planning and accounting functions, acquisition integration, and process improvement initiatives. Overall, Wade has a strong track record of driving growth and delivering strategic insights in various industries.
