Rizwan Aziez

Rizwan Aziez is an accomplished engineering and human resources professional with over two decades of diverse experience in various managerial roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at ICI Pakistan Limited since April 2018, Rizwan previously led the Human Resource Department at ICI Pakistan Ltd. focusing on industrial relations and community engagement. Additional experience includes serving as Head of Organizational Excellence at SSC Arabia, Senior Manager of Human Resource & Corporate Services at KAPCO, and extensive roles in human resources management at ICI Pakistan Ltd. and Fauji Fertilizers Bin Qasim Ltd. Rizwan holds an Executive MBA from Lahore University of Management Sciences and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, supplemented by various certifications in compensation, benefits, and training facilitation.
