Usman Nawaz

Usman Nawaz, ACA, currently serves as the Head of Financial Reporting and Plant Controlling at ICI Pakistan Limited, focusing on operational finance, planning, forecasting, and cost control within the Polyester business. Usman has significant experience in corporate compliance as the Head of Corporate Compliance at ICI Pakistan Limited, overseeing governance and regulatory compliance for the company and its subsidiaries, achieving key milestones such as zero non-compliance and successful mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, Usman holds company secretary positions at Lucky Core Ventures and Lucky TG, and has a background in internal audit and financial reporting from roles at Askari General Insurance Company Limited and previous organizations. An academic contributor, Usman has lectured in advanced taxation at both the National University of Sciences and Technology and SKANS School of Accountancy. Usman is an associate chartered accountant with additional qualifications in accounting and finance from ICAEW and ACCA.
