Rajiv Chaudhary

Rajiv Chaudhary is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in debt service management and collections, specializing in gold loans within the retail banking sector. Currently serving as Senior Product Head and National Head at ICICI Bank since August 2006, Rajiv has held several leadership roles, including Strategy Head for Debt Services Management Group and Zonal Head for collections across Western India. Previous roles at ICICI Bank include regional and area debt management focused on portfolio management and recovery strategies. Prior to ICICI Bank, Rajiv worked at Century Enka Ltd as an Assistant Manager and Manager in Marketing, where responsibilities included formulating and implementing marketing strategies. Rajiv holds an MBA in Marketing from the Birla Institute of Management Technology, completed in 2000.
