Gemma Berry has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Gemma started their career in 2007 as an Administrative Assistant at Stonhams Housing Association, where they provided temporary support for a nationwide mailout. In 2009, they worked as Usher and Box Office Staff at Marlowe Theatre, ensuring customers had a positive experience and handling ticket bookings. From 2011 to 2013, Gemma held multiple roles at Service Works Group, including Support Co-Ordinator and Support Analyst, where they provided software support and trained team members on customer relationship management systems. In 2013, they joined PeopleFluent as a Support Consultant, providing technical support and resolving customer issues. Gemma later became an Associate Account Manager, focusing on customer success and account management. Gemma's next role was at Bullhorn, where they served as a Senior Business Analyst for ten months in 2019. Since 2019, they have been working at iCIMS, initially as a Senior Customer Success Manager and currently as a Manager, Customer Success.

Gemma Berry attended the University of Kent from 2007 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in Biochemistry. In addition to their formal education, they obtained two certifications from LinkedIn: "Customer Experience: Journey Mapping" in November 2019 and "Sales: Customer Success" in November 2019.
