Katie Conti

Katie Conti has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Katie began their career at The Millennium Group, where they served as a Human Resources Assistant and later as a Senior Recruiter. In 2013, they joined Tiffany & Co. as a Human Resources Business Partner for both the NYC Market Retail and Corporate Groups. Katie then moved to Newell Brands, where they served as a Manager of Human Resources (HRBP) for various departments. Lastly, they joined iCIMS as a Human Resources Business Partner in the COO Organization before being promoted to Director, then Senior Director, and currently holds the position of Vice President of Talent Programs & Operations.

Katie Conti has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration - Marketing from the University of Delaware. Additionally, they have studied Italian Language and Literature at the Università degli Studi di Siena.
