Kavit Shah

Kavit Shah has a diverse work experience in software engineering. Kavit started working as a Software Developer at BoTree Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from December 2019 to June 2020. In this role, Kavit gained experience in building a real-world task allocation and project bidding web application using Python/Django. Kavit also worked on the entire software development life cycle, including requirement analysis, development, testing, and deployment. During this time, Kavit learned core concepts of Python and Django, and used SQLite for back-end development, as well as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery with Bootstrap for front-end development.

Following this, Kavit worked as a Grader for CS205: Discrete Mathematics at Rutgers University–New Brunswick from January 2021 to May 2021.

After that, Kavit joined Charles River Development as a Software Engineer Co-op from July 2021 to December 2021, gaining valuable experience in software engineering.

In 2022, Kavit worked at Amazon as a Software Development Engineer from October 2022 to March 2023.

Currently, Kavit is a Software Engineer at iCIMS since March 2023.

Kavit Shah completed their high school education at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's in Vadodara, India from 2012 to 2016. Kavit then pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information and Communication Technology from Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology, where they studied from 2016 to 2020.

Recently, Kavit Shah obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University–New Brunswick, which they completed from 2021 to 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Kavit Shah has obtained several certifications in various fields. These include certifications in Java, JavaScript, AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials, JavaScript Essential Training, Python and Django Fullstack Web Developer BootCamp, Python, MySQL Level 1, and Introduction to Programming Using HTML and CSS. These certifications were obtained from institutions such as HackerRank, Amazon Web Services (AWS), LinkedIn, Udemy, and Cambridge Certification Authority.

Kavit Shah has also participated in workshops and courses such as Cognitive Services Workshop by Microsoft and Crash Course on Python by Google. However, the specific details regarding the months and years of completion for these workshops are not provided.
