Lexie Lanoie

Lexie Lanoie has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Lexie started their career at Target in 2014 as a Senior Executive Team Leader in Human Resources and worked there until 2018. In 2018, they joined MuleSoft as a Recruiting Coordinator for a brief period. Later that same year, Lexie transitioned to Salesforce, where they held various roles, including Business Operations Analyst, Business Operations - Resource Manager, and Recruiting Coordinator. Their role as a Recruiting Coordinator at Salesforce involved building partnerships with recruiters, the business, and candidates to drive an efficient process. Lexie was proficient in applicant tracking systems and had experience with CRM and Fortune 100 companies. In 2021, Lexie joined the Board of Directors for Children's Musical Theater San Jose. Most recently, they are expected to start a role in Revenue Operations at iCIMS in 2023.

Lexie Lanoie's education history begins with their attainment of a High School Diploma from Saint Francis High School from 2006 to 2010.
