Matthew Kaiser has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Matthew began as a Web Developer at Securus Final Expense Marketing in 2011, where they created and maintained web pages and integrated with a third-party system. In the same year, they also worked as a Developer at Digital Intervention. From 2011 to 2014, they served as a Creative Developer at Chop Dawg, where they led the development of a Content Management System (CMS) and worked on various client projects. In 2013, Matthew joined Rutgers University as a Computer Science Peer Leader, teaching and grading students in Intro to Computer Science. In 2015, they became the Owner of Gadv.com - Great Adventure Online, managing web development, social media, and event planning. Since 2016, Matthew has been employed at iCIMS, initially starting as a Software Developer Intern before transitioning to roles such as Software Developer I, Software Engineer II, Senior Software Engineer, and currently serving as the Principal Software Engineer. At iCIMS, they have showcased their skills in Java, Spring, NodeJS, ReactJS, and has worked on projects such as the Prime Background Screening API and integration with LinkedIn Recruiter System Connect.
Matthew Kaiser received a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster certification from Scrum Alliance in July 2018.
