Nishad Patel

Nishad Patel has worked as a Principal Software Engineer at iCIMS since March 2023. In this role, they have developed enhancements to the iCIMS Talent Cloud platform and served as a Scrum Master and Tech Lead, mentoring junior software engineers. Prior to this, Nishad worked at iCIMS as a Senior Software Engineer, where they delivered features such as LinkedIn Integration and Job Recommendations. Nishad also served as the Lead CSI investigator, coordinating support for production issues. Before joining iCIMS, Nishad worked at EMC | Data Domain as a Senior Software Engineer, where they developed the DD Management Center web application and contributed to the Replication and Multitenancy management features. Additionally, they helped develop a library of common components to improve product quality. Nishad also gained experience as an Application Development Intern at Eastman Kodak Company in 2011 and as a Software Development Intern in 2010.

Nishad Patel obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai, attending from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology, completing the program from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Nishad has obtained several certifications. In July 2007, they acquired the SCJP certification from Sun Microsystems. Later, in July 2019, they became a Certified SAFe® 4 Scrum Master through Scaled Agile, Inc. Most recently, in March 2022, Nishad obtained a certification from Sumo Logic.
