Pat Masur

Pat Masur started their work experience at Vonage in August 2016 as a Data Analyst specializing in People Analytics. In this role, they utilized BI software such as IBM Cognos Analytics and Google Data Studio to gather and analyze employee data for business needs. They created and executed advanced predictive and regression models and presented the findings to executive and senior leadership through visually appealing data visualizations.

In July 2018, Pat joined iCIMS as a Decision Support Analyst. They collaborated with management and executive leadership on analytical projects to optimize business performance and processes. Pat also developed interactive dashboards using Tableau, enabling users to explore data and gain insights into various areas of the organization, with a focus on customer service and technology.
